[Video Guide] How to Enable the Customer Portal in Supr Bundles & Subscriptions
The customer portal is where your shoppers pause, skip, reschedule, swap and cancel their own subscriptions, without emailing you. This video walks through switching it on.
The short version
Shopify's new customer accounts must be on first, in Shopify admin > Settings > Customer accounts.
- Go to Supr Bundles & Subscriptions > Settings > Customer portal and keep Customer accounts page (Recommended) selected.
- On the Customer accounts page card, click Enable customer portal, then Enable.
- Shopify's checkout and accounts editor opens in a new tab. In the Supr Bundles & Subscriptions section, click the (+) button next to Subscriptions, then click Save at the top right.
- Back in the app, click Verify. Your portal opens; sign in if Shopify asks (this is normal) and wait for "The customer subscription portal is enabled!".
- Return to the app tab. The card now shows Enabled.
- Optional but recommended: click Add to customer account menu so customers can find the portal from their account.
If it does not work
