What is the App Pricing

The latest plans and prices for Supr Bundles & Subscriptions are always on our website: . That page is the only place we publish pricing, so check it there rather than relying on an older chat or email.

Where to see your current plan

Open Supr Bundles & Subscriptions > Billing. It compares the plans side by side with the features each one includes, and your store's plan carries a Current badge.

Changing your plan

Pick a plan on the Billing page. For a paid plan you are taken to Shopify to approve the charge, and app charges then appear on your regular Shopify bill. You can move to a different plan from the same page later.

When your store reaches its plan limit

Plans are sized by the number of active subscription contracts in your store. When your plan has a limit, Home and Billing show an Active subscription contracts bar with your current count against it.

  • When you get close to your plan's limit, a Subscription limit approaching banner appears.
  • When you reach it, a Subscription limit reached banner appears, and the subscription widget is hidden from your storefront, so no new subscriptions can start.
  • Existing subscriptions keep working as normal: they keep renewing, and customers can still manage them in the portal.

Click Upgrade plan on the banner, or choose a plan on Billing, to bring the widget back.

Common questions

  • Is the app free? What will it cost me?

The pricing page lists every plan and what it includes: . The Billing page in the app shows which plan your store is on right now.

  • Am I on a paid plan?

Open Billing in the app. Your plan has the Current badge.

  • I don't see Billing in the app menu.

Your store is on a special arrangement with us rather than one of the listed plans. Contact support with any question about it.

  • Are there any other charges from the app?

Everything the app charges is listed on the pricing page and billed through your Shopify bill. Your payment provider's own processing fees are separate and work as they always do.

  • My widget disappeared and I see "Subscription limit reached". What do I do?

Your store has reached the number of active subscriptions its plan covers. Upgrade from the banner or the Billing page and the widget comes back. Existing subscribers are not affected.

  • Can I remove the "Powered by" line from the widget and emails?

Which plans hide the app branding is shown on the pricing page and on Billing.

  • I am switching from another subscription app. Can you help?

Yes, our team imports your existing subscribers for you. See Migrating to Supr Bundles & Subscriptions.
